Flowers very nice - vase very low end

Although I was credited the early delivery time, I would have really appreciated a more prompt and on-time delivery service. If I were to have future orders, perhaps, I will deter myself from an "early/rush " delivery option. Otherwise, the end result was delivered and replies from customer service were very efficient.

This is not the 1st time I've ordered w/ fromyouflowers and it wont be the last! I love the support and ease of processing. I sent from the US to Paris, France and nice to know it's so easy!

Fast and easy, satisfied thus far. Pleased at the effort to resolve the issue with being unable to deliver on time. They were very friendly, and they made up for the mistake by upgrading the bouquet, and refunding the same day fee. Thank you

I was guaranteed and paid for delivery by noon.
It did not happen. Should be refunded that amount and no one has contacted me? I'll probably use someone else next time.

Will definitely recommend your services, have passed your info around the office and to friends/family on facebook. Not only did delivery come same day, and beautifully - an additional order was delivered a couple of days later by mistake, nothing additional was charged, we were asked to simply enjoy the flowers. Amazing service!

I paid for the expedited services and it didnt come till 5pm. I will be telling everyone I know not to use your services. Completely ruined the suprise for my gfs birthday.

Paid for before noon service, flowers showed up at 4pm.

The choices were great. Container height and diameter information would be helpful.

I live in the UK but my son and his wife live in Hawaii so its lovely to be able to send flowers and gifts locally without too much expense. Great service all round and lovely products.

I am very disappointed in the amount of flowers, not as many as pictured on the web sight. It certainly was not worth the money I paid for it. I also ordered a balloon for a baby girl and the one sent was not for a girl. The flowers were not arranged in an attractive manner. I could of bought something nicer at Tops market, like my son in law did.

Flowers were even better than the picture! Thank you!

The person I sent the flowers to said they were beautifully wrapped and very, very fresh!
