My order was supposed to be delivered for sure by noon Sunday since service was at 5:00. Flowers didn't arrive until after 1:00, I had paid extra to be assured of delivery. I didn't think flowers looked full enough in vase.

I paid for same day delivery but it never arrived and when I called to check on the status, they told me no one was home to answer the door, there was 7 people at the house that day. So I called and cancelled the order and was refunded, and the flowers were delivered 3 days later.

I needed to send last minute flowers for a birthday, and was able to order nice flowers, to be delivered next daY on a Sunday, at a very reasonable price. As long as they get there and look good, you guys will be my new go-to flower company!

UPDATE: The flowers did NOT get there when I was told they would. I was promised a refund of the expidite fee, which I have yet to see. I contacted Customer Service to find out if they had even been delivered on 12/28 at all. About an hour later, I received a delivery confirmation email dated the 28th. Shortly after that, I was informed that the flowers were delivered yesterday morning...the 29th. This way of doing business is unacceptable. Rather than becoming my go-to flower company, youflowers.com has made sure that I will never use them again, and will recommend that my friends and family stay far away from them too!

They don't even deserve a 0. I ordered some flowers for same day delivery and never recieved them. It's been a week now and nothing has been resolved. According to them, they delivered them but they cannot provide me with a signature. Worst service ever, it is a scam. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered anything from there.

Customer service contacted me. Unfortunately they were unable to deliver on the date that I had requested. However, they upgraded the arrangement to the premium at no cost to me. Although I was not happy that the arrangement didn't make it on the date I had requested, I was more than pleased at how the order was handled. If I need to order flowers again, I will be sure to go to fromyouflowers.com again.

I tried to order the advertised bouquet at the price that was advertised. The fromyouflowers website automatically moved my order to a higher-cost bouquet and I could not correct it, though I tried for some time to do so. Because it took me so long to place the order and we needed to get a floral bouquet sent as soon as possible, I let the order go with the ridiculously higher price...Then, thinking it was a one-time problem because of the season and lots of possible activity on the website, when they advertised another special, I foolishly tried again to place an order with them. The website AGAIN automatically increased the order to the deluxe bouquet and I did not see it until the last page. Thankfully, I saw what they did this time and DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER. I'll NEVER use this company. They're fraudulent.

I ordered the flowers to arrive early and upgraded with the option for 4.99 to be delievered before noon. The flowers didn't come to the house until 4:30 pm and the flowers that came weren't as bowntiful as i would have prefered or as the picture discribed them. I spoke to customer service around 12:08 pm to find out where the flowers where and they let me know that they weren't coming before noon and credited me the $4.99 and gave me a $10.00 future coupon to the site. I don't blame the company but more on the Florist. My wife was still happy overall and thats all that matters, i just wish they could have came alot earlier in the day like they were suppose too.
