I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE EMBARRASSED. THE ARRANGEMENT WAS SO SMALL I WOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB PICKING FLOWERS FROM AT $10 BUNCH FROM A SUPER MARKET. $140 FOR SOME CARNATIONS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. NEVER WILL I BUY FROM YOU AGAIN. THIS WAS FOR A FAMILY MEMBER THAT PASSED AWAY. WHAT A RIP OFF.
I paid deluxe price for my order when received it was small aswell as the balloon, wich the person I send it to dislike. I thought she was going to receive something big and gorgeous instead of something small and nice.waste of money...

Overall, I was pleased with the quick delivery time it took for my grandma to get her flowers. However, when I went over to her house the next day and saw what I got for what I paid for... I was outraged. I order the most expensive version of that arrangment and I was expecting a lot more flowers. There was a total of three roses, there were no ordaments like the picture and description described, there were no carnations and there was no bow on the top of the tree. Litterally I could have done a better job by cutting down a small baby pine tree and decorating it with flowers my self. The florist was Vincentown Florist, in Vincentown, NJ. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
