They had super fast same day delivery. The flowers did not look like the picture though and I even upgraded to the deluxe so there would be more flowers.
I am dissapointed with the delivery. I paid extra to have them at the funeral home on Sunday. Thsy were NOT delivered. The customer service rep said it was because they didn't know who the deceased was-that was never a question. I sent them to his daughter.So I spent an extra 14.99 to have them delivered LATE. Great experience. Send flowers to my mother in law for her birthday and there were beautiful, stayed fresh for over a week!

Easy to order, delivered on time, but the flowers were dead after only 8 hours of having them.
The actual process of ordering was easy. But the picture on the website of the flowers that I ordered was than what was received. There were less flowers and more greenery, which would have been fine if that was the way it was shown on the website.
I paid 40.00 without shipping costs, there were only 2 red roses and 4 carnations. But the picture on the website showned alot more of both. The product received mostly consisted of greenery and less flowers.
The arrangment was still attractive just less than expected according to the amount of flowers.

The arrangement was delivered the same day I ordered it. I did not see the arrangement but was told it was very nice. I would definitely use fromyouflowers.com again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
