When I ordered it said same day service, well my friend did not receive it till four days later, then I was told it was gonna be upgraded, I feel that the flower she got was not an upgrade not very happy at all
You can read my order but the flower company delivered the wrong flowers. They were cheap carnations and I ordered the most expensive sunflower bouquet. I would have never known it if I would not have seen a picture of my friends flowers. You were great to have another florist bring more and I appreciate that. I have no idea who the first florist was Bc they did not put their name on the card and y'all could not tell me. Very dishonest of the first florist to send a cheap small boquet of flowers for a $65 order

I have used your services many times before, and this is the first time I am seeing an actual picture of the $100 arrangement I paid for. It looked nothing like the picture that was displayed so I am extremely disappointed. The flowers were for a good friend who just got out of surgery and went into ICU. I expected the best, and due to the quality of the roses and the arrangement I don't think I will ever be able to order with you again. Very disappointed.

When I check the website prices and by the time I ordered the price got different... I did not satisfied that situation... I had a mail came in and was saying have free delivery but the price was more than the website price for the product... One way the other you I paid almost same amount of money...I am really not happy with that...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
