The price of the flowers was27. When I placed my order the price turned out to be44 with a9 discount. The total is not what I was expecting.
First, I received a $10 off discount card in the mail, and placing the order online it would not accept it.
Second, I paid for early AM delivery and it didn't show up until 4:45 that evening, very disappointed!
One of the better ones...we'll see what the flowers are like. I understand that the flowers are lovely and fresh.

Ordered a PREMIUM arrangement #BN962G sold as exquisite Lenox crystal ribbon vase. Arrangement was delivered in a cheap non-descript glass vase. Order was to be a dozen roses and that was the case but they were not extraordinary or would be considered premium. Also to include White Lillies and delivered with one open Lilly and two closed Lillies in the arrangement. Filler was to be Eucalyptus -- no filler included in what was delivered. Paid $166.98 and this arrangement did not come close to that cost.

I've ordered flowers on several occasions. I've paid extra for morning delivery and this has never happened. Flowers has always been delivered in the afternoon. Customer was great and refunded the express delivery fee. However, why have if service cannot be delivered. Frustrating to have to call, again, when not delivered as requested.
I sent the flowers for my daughter's birthday. She loved them so that made me happy. I only saw a picture of them and it looked like it was nice. It's hard to tell when you can't see it first hand. One surprise was that 2 balloons were included with her bouquet and I thought there would only be one. Thanks so much. It made her day perfect.

Did a local birthday arrangement and it turned out really nice. Would have been nice to have a area to give special instructions about the arrangements (50th birthday include some black ribbon) but otherwise a good experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
