Flowers were pretty but missing banner that I paid extra for.
I ordered this for a friend for New Years. What she received was so embarrasing. She called me laughing at what was in the basket. I was so upset it had Ritz crackers, Nutra Grain bars with price tags still on them. Candy with the price tag on it. The oranges were half rotten, the pineapple was dried up, the bananas were brown & there was pink Easter grass in the bottom in the bottom of the basket. She sent me pictures & I was appalled at what I received for a $69.99 price & $14.99 delivery & service charges. The florist had called my friend & asked her if she wanted to pick up the basket since we was out & about. I called fromyouflowers.com & the lady I spoke with was nice & asked if she could send another basket to my friend. I told her yes but not from the same florist. Another basket was sent & was much nicer with fresh fruit in it.

Horrible delivery time, very late. Embarrassingly cheap bouquet. Paid 54.00 for a 10.00 bud vase of flowers. Contacted customer service and they credited me 20.00. All in all a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Although the bouquet was very pretty, I ordered the Winter Wonderland bouquet that contained blue fire flowers. My friend sent me a picture of what she received and there were no blue flowers in the bouquet at all. Really, it wasn't what I ordered at all.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
