I ordered a pink plant and the shop called me the day of saying they did not have it in stock. The florist informed me and said they would make their own basket but did not have a picture nor could they describe what it looked like. My mother liked the plant but it was a bump in the process

Disappointed I thought my last order was $19.99, same order for other relative but when I checked out I noticed it automatically went to the larger arrangement and charged more than $10 extra! I chose this flower service for "same day delivery" and the charge was not an issue nor was the friendliness of the reps calling later that the flowers would not be delivered for 2 day. When the flowers were delivered I was told by relatives they were not as nice as the flowers we usually send and the roses were all opened already.
Even tho I ordered flowers before the 3 pm deadline, my order was not delivered until the following day due to the fact the zip code I ordered flowers for had already been delivered and you were unwilling to go back to that zip code to deliver my order. I requested the extra charge for same day delivery be deducted from my total charge and can only assume that has been done.

Beautiful variety of flowers. My grandmother raved about how beautiful her bouquet was and how wonderful it smelt. We are now 3 weeks out from delivery and she says her flowers are just as beautiful as the day they arrived. Totally worth the money. I would and will order from you again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
