OMG! The flowers were beautiful she was so pleased ty.
Initially very pleased with the ease of ordering, ability to use PayPal and the selection offered. My order was delivered very timely as well. While my mother was pleased with the arrangement, it unfortunately wasn't anything like what I had ordered. Customer service was very prompt and courteous but only offered a discount on a future order. I'm sure the issue was with the local florist and not a direct reflection of the site itself

Ordered flowers for event the day of. I made a purchase through your website based on the fact that I was told the flowers would be delivered that day. Was informed at the end of the day that a florist could not be located and my product would be delivered the following day. I should have just asked for a refund. I also paid far too much for what I got. I would not recommend your service to anyone.

The flower arrangement was that of a $15 arraignment at the nearest publix, I frankly would have done better buying the flowers personally and delivering "on time" to my wife!. Over all very disappointed for a first time customer. Not likely to use this service again.
