My sister was really pleased with her flowers, so for that I am happy. I wish they had been a little more creative, but I have no idea how busy they were either, the flowers were healthy looking as far as I could tell in the photo. I would definitely use this service again, especially when I found a coupon for free shipping, which saved $14.99.
So far this has been great. Please deliver on time,there was a charge on there I did not know about.

I paid extra for same day w/ in 4 hour service and they were delivered late and to the wrong house. So they called my fiancé (was supposed to be a surprise) and then came to the right house. Although the delivery charge was refunded, the surprise was ruined and was disappointed. I was hopeful that i found a company who would deliver within 4 hours to meet a specific deadline. Once my fiancé knew the flowers were coming, he stayed to wait for them and was late to his own doctors appt.
