I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered on Sunday and they arrived on Saturday. I also feel that even though I did not choose the highest priced arrangement what my mother received was below what I expected. My mother sent me a picture showing her appreciation for what we had sent to her but I was disappointed. There seemed to not be too many filler flowers (normally the lower priced flowers so you would think there would be more of those than the roses and lilies. The roses are beautiful but the lilies were fully bloomed so I image that even though lilies do last awhile these will not. I hope that I am wrong.

Will never order from this company again. They waited until 4pm to call and say they were too busy to delivery today.
The flowers delivered to my friend were left in the cold Wisconsin winter for hours and when she got them they were half dead. I contacted your customer service and they were very helpful and replied promptly. They are working with the florist in my friends area to get her fresh, living flowers. Still have not heard back more but it seems to be in the works
The heart wreath did not look like a deluxe wreath that I purchased. And was not worth the price after I looked at it in person.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
