They delivered the wrong flowers to my friends. I call customer service and they called the florist. The florist didn't answer but they promised to deliver them today.

My husband's surprise basket was ruined when the local florist(out of OKC) called to confirm that he would be at work - even though I had paid for same day delivery as well as delivery within the next 4 hours. (I gave them his number instead of mine in case they couldn't find his office.) However, I received an apology from FromYouFlowers as well as the local florist and they made me feel better about it. The basket however - was AMAZING. I ordered a meat and cheese basket which ended up coming with some top name products (Hillshire Farms, Cracker Barrel cheese.) The amount of product received was way more than expected (certainly a lot more than what was pictured. I picked the medium sized basket since that was what was pictured and I swear we double the amount of things that I expected. We couldn't even close to fit it all back in the basket once he took it out.) And the florist even included some sparkling cider (which we love - thanks!) Overall, I was very upset in the beginning when they called my husband, however after seeing the final product I was very pleased. We may use them again in the future, since they corrected the problem. Husband and all of his buddies thought it was such a good idea to send this basket for our anniversary in place of flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
