Wanted to surprise my sister as she is in New York for work and it's her 21st, and this was the perfect way to say Happy Birthday as I am so far away from her so I thought!
For the price I paid I was very disappointed! I went for delux and there was far too much green and hardly any actual roses and Lillie's
I paid over $60 including all taxes and am not happy with the end result
The photos are so misleading!

I had paid extra for pre noon delivery

I had paid extra for pre noon delivery. It didn't happen. Around noon I emailed custserv. They resolved the issue, expedited the order and it got delivered within 1/2 hour. THAT is what I call customer service. "Stuff" happens, I understand that but when it does and custserv saves the day, I am a happy customer.
