The flowers for my sister-in-law were absolutely beautiful and delivered within 3 hours from order placement. This made her birthday very special as she was dealing with insurance adjusters all morning.

I didn't rate 5 stars for overall experience because there seemed to have been a glitch in the website when I tried placing my orders, initially.
When attempting to order from my ipad, as soon as i entered my credit card information and hit confirm button, it took me to a page saying that my device was not allowing cookies - or something like that, and to attempt from a different device. That's understandable - I could tell it wasn't compatible with the ipad. Then i tried it from my laptop. All was fine until I got to the last confirmation page, in which the total was about $50.50 including tax and delivery (there was a 20% overall site discount applied to that). As soon as I hit the confirm button, it took me back to my cart and changed the price to a higher price, without the 20% discount. I was a bit concerned that I submitted my credit card information 2 times and both times the order did not go through. I was skeptical to order from you guys again. I gave it one last chance and this time around, the order finally went through with ease. I will keep an eye on my credit card statement to make sure that those 2 times I entered my information, I was not charged for the flowers.

I would've like to see the delivery fee of $14.99 added towards the begining of the order instead of the last page... just be honest and upfront with the customer and let us know how much it's going to be right off the bat, instead of waiting for us to input all these information and then tell us the $14.99 charge. That'd be great!

Overall, time-wise delivery, it was great!:)

It was easy to order from this site. The pictures were very nice and the descriptions of the boquets also helped with my decision making.
That was before my girlfriend received her flowers. They did arrive on time however the arrangement she received was soooooooo much smaller than the picture on line and what I thought I was paying for. I was so disappointed. Every thing I ordered was like a small size of what I thought I was paying for. I called the local florist that filled the online order and told them how disgusted I was with what was sent out since I paid $130 for premium flowers a large bear and large chocolates. They were very good though and sent out a second arrangement that was much larger than the original (which was what I thought I was buying) as well as a silver necklace to my girlfriend all at no charge so it ended up to be a good experience, THANK YOU WINDMILL FLORIST IN SUMNER, WA. I really appreciate that they made it right even though the original surprise delivery was kinda botched by the small arrangement the manager really went out of her way to make it right and delivered the second arrangement herself. It ended up being a good experience thank you to the florist but what I thought I was ordering was not what was sent so that sucked. Not every florist would have done what Windmill did so I have got to tell them thank you so very much. We are very happy with them and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Service / Handling Fees should have been disclosed upfront instead of at checkout.
I didn't like the automatically checked box for $4.99 for the early delivery and had to opt-out of this. Overall, the price / value quotes were what drove me to complete the purchase, however.

Well i guess things were good up until the time i called customer service. I found out that my order was shipped in a box vs being flowers from the florist. I had the recipient send me a pic and it certainly doesn't look like anything that i would've picked had i known it would look like that. On the order it said nothing to the fact that it was a ups delivery and for the shipping/handling why didn't the order say that it was to be delivered that way. In my previous comments i had said "great experience no issues...hardest thing is what to pick :)" but now that is revised to say i was not happy with the purchase.
