Well i guess things were good up until the time i called customer service. I found out that my order was shipped in a box vs being flowers from the florist. I had the recipient send me a pic and it certainly doesn't look like anything that i would've picked had i known it would look like that. On the order it said nothing to the fact that it was a ups delivery and for the shipping/handling why didn't the order say that it was to be delivered that way. In my previous comments i had said "great experience no issues...hardest thing is what to pick :)" but now that is revised to say i was not happy with the purchase.
Mom loved the flowers we sent for Christmas and New Years! Thanks for the email confirmation when they were delivered, helps keep us in the loop from 1,000 miles away. Great service, beautiful flowers.
I didn't like being surprised with that 15 dollar "handling" fee. Plus i paid the extra 5 dollars for speedy delivery but it still took almost 5 hours for the product to be delivered.
I ordered online and was stunned when I saw the picture of the flowers. There were a few stems in one third vase of water.the flowers hadn't even bloomed. It look terrible I was embarrassed.I called Emily in customer service and she promised me that the correct flowers would be sent by a local florist not ups. She also upgraded my order. She was very understanding! I look forward to seeing the new flower arrangement.
Paid almost $90 for flowers, I'm ok with paying $90, but the flowers my girlfriend received was a very poor version of what was described. It did not look close to the picture or description provided online. I could have went to a local grocery store and gotten a better arrangement for $20. I've ordered flowers online for delivery many times before with other sites and even with fromyouflowers.com but have never been so disappointed. If I could share pictures to go with this comment I would.
I tried to contact you and the phone number said it was no longer in service. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers sent and they were pitiful. They didn't look anything like the picture that was bright and Cheery. It looked like the florist just gathered up leftovers and let her child arrange it.
Whoever the florist was in that city that it was delivered in probably shouldn't be used again.
I had some issues with the website but it was fixed and worked well and the florist didn't make the flowers look Nothing like the picture posted. They was nice just was a little disappointed. My daughter loved them that's what counts.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
