Very Good Shopping Experience So Far!
The local florist that was selected did not adhere to my request to have the flowers delivered rush status. When the florist was called about the delay they were extremely unprofessional. I refuse to use their services again.
My guaranteed same day delivery was delivered the next day. When i pay $15 for same day delivery, I expect it to be delivered that day. The customer service representative I spoke to was very short and didn't offer any kind of apology or suggestion to fix the problem. The basket was not well put together for the price I paid for it.

The arrangement was smaller than the picture on line. It had empty gaps between the flowers, it did not look like a full arrangement. The delivery was excellent!
Fromyouflowers.com was amazing! The original company I used to send flowers to my grandmother for Christmas left her flowers on the backyard deck unprotected. They left her a voicemail saying they left flower on her front porch. She was in tears that they wouldn't call her back about the flowers because they weren't on the front porch where they said they left them. Instead, she found them a week later frozen solid on her back deck not wrapped in any type of protection from the weather.

The delivery man was very nice and made sure they got into her hands instead of leaving them on the front porch. She is just so happy with the flowers and the service. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
