The online experience was very easy, and the product was delivered just as stated. The only negative I have is that not all the flowers were fresh looking. The lilies were fine and beautiful. I was very disappointed in the service i received. The flowers were to be here before 12 noon and when they were not i called customer service and they said the florist doesnt deliver downtown until the afternoon. I didnt pay for afternoon service, i paid for morning service/expedited. Also, i thought there were to be twelve roses and only received eight. I am very disappointed in the service i received and will not use you again and will not recommend the service to anyone!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
