The address page is a bit confusing for delivery to funeral services. I had to call customer svc for instructions.///post-delivery survey: The overall shape and color were similar to the picture but the flowers seemed very droopy - as a matter of fact the top stem was completely wilted and laying down across the arrangement. I wish I had taken a photo of it to send you but that's not easily accomplished at a funeral. The arrangement was only on display for a few hours and then taken to the cemetery so it was OK for what we needed it for.
Surprised to see the14.99 handling fee... very high priced. Did not actually see the flowers, they were to someone in the hospital.

Service was quick and delivered correctly - the recipient was pleased - she can't have flowers or plants so it was nice to find options to cheer someone up and let them know you are thinking of them without the traditional flowers

Paid extra to hv it delivered within 4 hours. It was finally delivered 7 hours after I ordered it. Don't offer 4 hr delivery if you can't meet it! Unacceptable
