I have had the WORST service that I have ever expereinced with all the flower delivery companies that I have encountered. I will not be using your flower delivery service again, nor recommend it.
I was pleased with my order, but I was disappointed by the delivery cost. It seems that you lower the price but you charge a lot for delivery. Not pleased with that at all.

Not like the picture shown, also it was to be delivered during business hours 9 a.m. To 5 p.m., my daughter left her office at 5 p.m. And the delivery person had to call her, so they were late.
I wanted it delivered to her office as a surprise and he had to take it to her home instead. A little disappointing!
They were not the beautiful true pink as shown on the website, but white with pale pink centers. A couple of the roses have slight browning edges. They are large, full roses, they do smell wonderful, were delivered at a good time and the card was perfect.
For starters the weather was not the best, it was really cold, then I realized that UPS was delivering by 5pm which was not what I was expecting. The people I sending too work out of town from where they live so when they got the flowers it was 6:30 at night in 34 degree weather. The roses looked more pink than purple and I ordered purple but then I got a really amazing text message from my friend the next day and it seems that the flowers had perked up by the following evening. They really made her day! If there happy then I am happy. I don't think I will be ording from this company again though.
The delivery was prompt and convenient. I was just a bit disappointed in the arrangement though. There weren't as many plants as I would think to be considered a "best value."
One of the most frustrating experiences. Didn't receive my delivery on time as guaranteed, was told I'd be contacted the next day...wasn't. Received no discount on the day late order. Their guaranteed delivery just means guaranteed to be delivered somewhere, not necessarily the place you specify.

Last time i placed an order i was charged for same say delivery however it was not delivered within that time frame and scheduled for delivery 2 days later! All i was offered was a $20 gift card. Then i decided to use this gift card and when the item was received it did not appear to be what i ordered. The photo displayed 6 roses and she received 4 without a colored vase as displayed in the photo. This is definitely the last time i will be shopping with you guys. I tried twice and was unsatisfied by both attempts.
The flowers were not all same as picture and did not get the balloon at all that I paid for
Overall an excellent experience, especially getting the e-mail delivery confirmation after each order was received by the recipient. There was one substitution I was not expecting, however, in that an entirely different type of plant grouping was sent for one of the orders - a succulent dish garden instead of a European dish garden. As it turned out, the recipient was very pleased. However, although I understood local availability might dictate substitutions, it was a significant difference from what I ordered and I was surprised I wasn't notified there would be a change.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
