This website is wonderful. It's so easy to navigate and the arrangements are beautiful! My Aunt received her bouquet right on time and it was actually delivered by someone she knew - how small this world is! She said the flowers were beautiful and loved the vase as well. She sent me a photo and it looked exactly like the arrangement on the website. I am absolutely pleased with the service and would definitely use this website again! Happy shopping, friends!
There is absolutely no way the flowers pictured on the website are what was received. They are 1/3 the size of what was expected as well as no bow on the flowers and the handwriting on the card is illegible! So disappointed.

I got a call from you customer service department. As the delivery could not happen for the day that I ordered, they offered an "upgrade" arrangement. The arrangement got to my sister in law, and she sent me an thank you note with a picture of the flowers arrangement, the word HORRYBLE is short to express my feeling. Nothing even close to the product that I ordered from your catalogue and the size was not "an upgraded" arrangement and far from what I was expecting.

Would like to see differences between sizes of sprays. Limited space on banner-possibly have drop down. Name was spelled incorrectly even after speaking to rep on phone. Flowers were already dyeing when I got there the next morning at the funeral pallor.
I really wanted Sunflowers because my wife loves sunflowers, but I guess they did not have any and sent another kind of yellow flowers.

The flowers I purchased (sunflowers) were not the ones delivered. The birthday balloon I paid for also was not delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I would be credited the $5.00 for the balloon and 20 percent for an authorized flower substitution. The credit, however, was not made to my credit card but appears to be a credit toward a future flower purchase, which must be made in 2 weeks. This was an unbelievably poor experience with your company.
I have had the WORST service that I have ever expereinced with all the flower delivery companies that I have encountered. I will not be using your flower delivery service again, nor recommend it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
