It was my first time using this company and I was very disappointed with the florist. When I ordered the flowers for my wife's birthday at 6AM for same day delivery, I requested delivery by noon time, an option which the company offered for an extra $4.99 along with same day delivery service. They did stress the delivery to be "guaranteed" to be delivered by noon if I selected the option. I paid the extra $4.99, yet the flowers were not delivered until 2:30. When I called customer service, they said that the driver my have been overloaded with deliveries. Mind you, it was a regular day, no blizzards or inclement weather, and I didn't even get the courtesy of a call from the driver. Again, did I mentioned that the delivery was guaranteed to be delivered by 12pm? I hesitate to use them again. Although the price was fair, Id rather pay a bit more if I know I will get quality and timely service and a happy wife.

The flowers were delivered a day late, after the recipient's birthday. The flowers were very pretty, however did not look at all like the bouquet we chose from the picture on the website.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
