Same day delivery fee had to be waivered because same day delivery could not be offered.
They florist selected did not have the pitcher as advertised on the website (which was one of the reasons I selected that particular option) and so was replaced with an alternative.
I though the price was excessive after all the service surcharges were added.
Despite this however the flowers delivered were beautiful!
The website is OK but not easy to go back to edit areas such as "blank card" and does not allow for additional information. I am sending to my daughter at her college and it was tough to fit the information in to make the delivery smooth.

The flowers were fresh and nice but no where close to the picture shown online. The flowers were not the same as depicted, the arrangement was different and the overall concept of "cheerful" was lost with the dark flowers used in the arrangement vs the colorful varity of flowers used online. They did not achieve the feeling of cheerfulness I was trying to convey to the recipients. If there was issues with the arrangement then I wish they would have contacted me so we could have worked it out.
I thank you for fixing my order after it was wrong, but I think you should remove the pictures if the bouquet is not going to look like the picture. Or train the staff on how to make the bouquet look like picture. This way no one is disappointment when they arrive.

It was easy and quick. But, more expensive than I anticipated. The flowers were beautiful but the arrangement varied from the website picture.
I did not get what I paid for and was promised a refund or a credit, none of which I have seen.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
