Initially I had ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Jan 7th, alas, it did not make it on time. However, I found customer service to be extremely gracious in offering a complimentary upgrade and including a note of apology. Despite the hitch in delivery, I would order from this site again, the flowers were absolutely beautiful!
I order from you twice. Once for a funeral. It came decorated for Halloween to the church. Unapproprite. The other order was for Christmas. I ordered hollyberries and flowers were delivered.

I ordered a specialty item - flowers that were in the shape of a birthday cake and they called and said no one in my delivery area could make that centerpiece. The fact that it was different and not your typical vased arrangement was the only reason I purchased the item. I could have stuck a bouquet of flowers from Giant Eagle in a vase and gave it to my mother and saved $30.
Very disappointed
My flowers were for a friend who's mother passed away. They were to be delivered on Wednesday. I called my friend that night and he said that they were never delivered. I called customer service and they said they were delivered and signed for. I told them that was incorrect. My friend and his family were home all day. They said that they would call the florist in the morning and call me back. At noon, I still hadn't heard from customer service. I called them and they asked me to hold so they could call the florist. They came back on the line and stated that the florist would re-deliver the flowers with a "more reliable" driver.
No one mentioned anything about compensating me for the hassles I went

I will never buy from this company again, nor recommend them!

I later saw the flowers I ordered at my friends house and I was disappointed. I looked so small. And I ordered the deluxe.

I paid for the extra money for the morning delivery and the flowers didn't arrive until 6 in the evening. Not only that but they were not the same flowers that I ordered. I will not refer anyone to this company, nor will I continue to use it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
