Upon delivery the flowers did not live up to the standard that the picture made it look like. Not even close. There was so much green plants and not enough flowers. I even chose the upgraded more expensive version to hopefully have the arrangement look better. The description said as close to the picture as possible. The arrangement I received was not that close. Not for paying the upgraded price.
A few of the flowers were already wilted and looked bad. A few of the green plants in the arrangement were already dying, or had leaves that look bent. I have pictures if you need/want to see them.
I would recommend this site by price because it was the best I could find, but I will not be recommending you guys for flower quality. It was pretty poor.

You offer no other entry for marking satisfaction with deliver and product...since this will not be delivered until the 28th of January, I have no way of knowing if I'm satisfied or not...I've never used your service before and will state with honesty and assurance that if the product you deliver is a "wow" factor to the receiver, I will use your service and of course if it is not...this will be the one and only time...I'm really hoping for a satisfactory outcome, of course. Thank you for contacting me and for removing the extra "expedited" fee...your explanation is understood but I apparently missed the area of choice for that benefit as delivery any time during the day would have been acceptable to me and I would have selected that rather than another $4.99 in delivery fees.
Ordering from out of state is not easy. You never know the quality of the order. My daughter told me the flowers are beautiful and that makes me happy

For the florist designed bouquet - it would be nice to be able to suggest some flowers (like daisies/gerbera) or give the customer some choices to indicate their preference. After delivery comments: I would still like to be able to have some input into the flowers used on the florist choice design bouquet and it would also be helpful to be able to receive an image of the arrangement that was sent. I don't order flowers for myself but as gifts to friends and family who live a great distance away from me. Other than that, my sister said the flowers were fresh and alive when she received them (great job - since it was the coldest day in January and the delivery service had to leave them on her porch). She seemed happy to have received them and that was my purpose, to make her smile. Thank you!
Flowers were ordered on 1/7/15@ 10am MST and expedited service and same day delivery was ordered. Flowers were not delivered until 1/8/15 at 5pm MST. I contacted customer service who refunded the expedited fees and issued a $10 gift certificate on a future purchase. I appreciate the apology and the steps taken to make the order right, however, the flowers were time sensitive and needed to be delivered on the date requested.

My flowers were for my anniversary. Order was placed that morning, flowers weren't delivered until the following day. I understand things happen, and I'm not mad. It was just the first time I used your company. Flowers were beautiful, just received the day after our anniversary.
I thought the flowers were smaller and less full than how it appeared online. I also thought the processing fees were very expensive to the point of being deceptive. My order went from $27 to $44.95

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday. They were received on time and she said they were beautiful. I got a good price and good service.
I gave you the zip code up front, but I had to type in all my billing info before seeing the full charge. Irritating! Won't be back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
