There was very poor commucation with customer service and flower shop. Which cause a big delay being the fact the company closed at a certain time of the day.
They had to leave it next door for they were not home---- they called me to tell me and were so polite----- the flowers were just what I ordered and beautiful.

I have booked flowers for a friend's birthday, first of all they didnot have the actual flowers that I chose and substituted my item and over that they have delivered the flowers NEXT DAY OF THE BIRTHDAY! I am so sorry!
The Birthday basket I ordered did not look like what I saw on the webpage at all. It was supposed to have Sunflowers (her favorite) and did not contain any at all. The Sunflowers were the reason for getting the basket! I know it is winter here on the east coast, but if Sunflowers could not be provided, the buyer should have been notified. Also, I did not see the difference paying the extra money for the premium option.

So far its been straight forward & manageable. Overall good. I expected it to get there well before 11 because we paid a fee to guarantee a.m. delivery. It was delivered in a.m. so can't hold it against them tooo much but probably won't pay extra next time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
