Ordered two items. The fruit basket was great but not the flowers. It was a plant basket and the couple of flowers in it were dead the next day. I must say that I have not called yet so have not given this company the opportunity to make it right. Prices were very reasonable though.

The ordering process is pretty easy. Would have preferred to see the handling fee earlier rather than at the very end.

The flowers arrived on time. There are three sizes. We ordered the middle size bunch but what was delivered looked more like the base package but all I had to go on was a poor quality cellphone photo from the happy recipient.

The flowers on the website looked beautiful, but unfortunately the ones that were delivered were not. The roses were blackened and the lilies were limp stemmed and slimy. I was very upset as these were sent to a dear friend who has been my hostess here in the U.S.A for 3 weeks. I only hope the replacement bouquet I have been promised is better quality.

I did order the expedited service, but the flowers were not delivered by noon. When I contacted the company to check the status, I received prompt, professional, and courteous assistance. My charge for the expedited service was refunded and the flowers were still delivered within a time frame that was satisfactory. I will use this company again.
