My flowers were not delivered until three hours after the email I received saying that they had been delivered. They were delivered an hour and a half after the latest delivery time listed on your website. I called multiple times and was told that the flowers were on thier way and would be there shortly. At one point, I was told tha the flowers were five minutes away...they were delivered over an hour and a half after that.
Overall I had a very poor experience with your company. I was not able to get a straight answer about wher emy flowers were or when they would be delivered. This was for a special occassion, and as a result of the flowers being delayed so long, my wife and I were late for our anniversary dinner. The flowers were left on my front doorstep, in the rain, without so much as a note of apology.
I spoke with a supervisor the following day, an while I am not happy with what went on, I appreciate that an attempt was made to try to make things right. In all though, I would be hesitant to use your service in the future based on my experience.
My order was delivered on the day I specified. The plant basket was very nice. I was happy with my purchase.

Very upset with the flowers. They are not what I order. They sent a second flowers and they are not same... Add and ugly bow. Totally unhappy never use this company again. Also they ask to give back the first one, how tacky. The card I add was cut like for a five years old. A long ugly paper. Also you offer me a girl card for $20 and I recive and email tell me I have $12.99 and expire in two weeks, so do you think I want expend a dime in your company again, no I don't think so.

Ordered a plant and flowers from England to be delivered to my daughter and her husband on their wedding anniversary in Bremerton, USA. They were delivered as requested and look lovely. I am very satisfied and will use them again.
It is OK, but most websites don't ask for my billing address when I use a credit card.

Arrangement was considerably smaller than advertised with different color blooms. Barely resembled what was pictured.
I did not realize I would be paying tax and that the shipping would be so high. The other sites I visited had free shipping or was lots less.
I hate ordering flowers from other websites. They charge so much to ship, especially when it's coming from a florist that's only a few miles away. This website has a great selection and great prices. I love the fact that I got them shipped for free. Delivery was great. All the flowers looked great too. In the past I've ordered from other sites and they were always half dead. Definitely will order from here again!
