Ordering flowers for my mother's birthday was fast and easy.
Had a slight problem having flowers delivered for thanksgiving/birthday. Couldn't find a florist in the area to make and deliver the flowers so i was given a refund. I was disappointed that we didn't have flowers for the holiday/birthday. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my daughters birthday and ended calling because they never arrived. They finally delivered them the following day. I've been disappointed by your ability to get the item to their destination on time and in the one order never arrived at all. If you're going to make claims of getting flowers to these special occasions, you had better step up or i won't use you again.

I provided the building and office number. The flowers were delivered to the wrong building and the recipient did not receive the flowers on her anniversary, she received them the next day.

Only issue was the original flower shop sent out a delivery confirmation email but the order went to a second shop. Customer service was impeccable though and very attentive.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
