The flowers received did not look like the flowers pictured, it looked like only 1/3 of the # of flowers were used in the vase. It was not in a tight bunch as pictured, they were loose and didn't include all the types of flowers either. That part I can look past, seasonal, but the arrangement disappoints me. It didn't look like what I picked out.
I paid for guaranteed delay within 4 hours and it didn't show up until 10 hrs later. I caked customer service 3 times and they kept saying it was on its way and never refunded my my for guaranteed delivery. In an not a happy customer. It was for anniversary thank you for ruining it
I ordered flowers to be delivered on 1/9/15. I received a call on that day that the delivery would not be made however they would upgrade the arrangement free of charge and deliver the following day. I requested a re-imbursement of the $4.99 that I paid for a delivery prior to 12pm as this was not going to be happening; customer service agreed. I have yet to see this re-imbursed. I also pain $10 for chocolates that were never received. I am very dissappointed and unsatisfied with this service.

After I visited my mom at the hospital and saw the flowers- I was very disappointed. I order the "premium/ large" flowers. There were a dozen stems BUT they looked like a bunch of green sticks in a vase. None of the flowers were open. 3 days later... they still look like a bunch of green sticks with a little purple... they didn't / haven't bloomed. Other people have brought her flowers, the $19.99 kind from Costco that are beautiful- I spent almost $60 for a bunch of green twigs in a vase that were delivered. Huge disappointment. Going to go back to 1800flowers.

It was simple and had no difficulties finding what I needed.
The individual florist who fulfilled this order in the Allen Park,MI area should be commended. The arrangement was beautiful with many flowers in full bloom and many buds for flowers opening later. My in-laws chose this arrangement as one of the few that they wished to take to their home after the services and enjoy the memory of their loved one for days after.
