I ordered flowers at 445am and would have thought the delivery would have been really delivered by 2 or 3 pm. Flowers were rec at 4pm. There were to place a smile on the recipient face, unfortunately thereally were only 2 roses and 1 lily bloomed and the rest closed. What a waste!

Because the 3 gifts I ordered were delivered to my home, I got to see first hand what the products looked like. Nothing like what was pictured online. The chocolate basket was cheap candy bars instead of the higher end chocolate I thought I was purchasing. The fruit basket had somewhat decent fruit (some marks and bruises) but still had the stickers on them from the grocery store. Both were in cheap dollar store baskets instead of the nice basket and box I thought I was purchasing (which I believe is part of the gift!) The basket of house plants was lovely but far smallet with less plants than what I though I was buying. I was told since it was not going to be delivered on the same day like I ordered, there would be something extra special ---- I don't know what that was ---- I saw nothing extra except possibly the card that said "our apologies" --- the recipient wouldn't have know what they were apologizing for had I not been standing there saying "it's a day late".
I will say that the communication was good and when I finally called and talked to "Eric" & "Jim" after agonizing over whether to call and complain (something I have rarely if ever done) I felt they heard me and were very kind and courteous.
Good selection and lots of personalization can be added
Was very disappointed with the flowers. They looked nothing like the arrangement I thought I was purchasing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
