The bouquet I ordered couldn't be delivered to my sister that day, so the dear representative called my sister's home to read my message--and told her they would arrive there the next day. My sister has cancer, so she and I were deeply touched by fromyouflowers.com. Plus she loved the flowers!
It seems good. I can not say that it is the best until the flowers get to the person. Otherwise everything was very easy. The ordering was fine but since the florist you used did not have the product and you could not get a hold of me it was not delivered. When I did get back to you the customer service was excellent and asked if I wanted them delivered the next day but I said no. They refund my money in a timely fashion and gave me a $15 certificate to use later on. I was satisfied by this and actually will probably use them in the future. I will however call to make sure I will get what I want so this does not happen again.

The flowers that I ordered and my sister received were very different. The only similar item was the yellow roses. Nothing as I expected.
I paid the expedited fee to have the delivery before noon. The recipient received the order after noon. After contacting From You Flowers, Customer Service assured me the flowers would be delivered soon and I would be reimbursed the expedited fee. The flowers were delivered within half an hour after the call, the recipient sent me a picture of the flowers and they were lovely (and still fresh 4 days later!) and my account was reimbursed within 2 days. I will definitely order from From You Flowers again.
Well I paid extra for that day delivery and did not recieve it. I called the next day and the rep was very helpful and apoligized for the mess up and assured me the flowers would be delivered that day and they were. So that was great but it would have been better if they had been delivered when they promised to deliver them. That was the main reason I choose your web site to order flowers from was to have them delivered the same day.
There should be a place to type in special directions for the delivery. Like for a business where to go for the delivery at the address. What entrance door. Etc. It was very cold that day so it might have been the cause of the way the roses looked. It was around 0 degrees that day. They just looked old and started turning brown quickly. Thank you for delivering the flowers for my wife's birthday in such bad weather.

Paid for them to arrive by 12 pm that didn't happen they gave me back the money for early delivery, it was really important that they arrived before noon, so that was a great disappointment.

I did not receive notification regarding the confirmation of delivery. I only know they arrived because the person called to tell me and thank me. First time this happened because in prior orders, I had confirmation. Her photo sent to me via text, showed what looked to me like a "regular" size arrangement and I ordered the "deluxe". Nice arrangement; flowers looked fresh; just smaller than I expected since I know what I paid.

Saw the flowers, big disappointment. I upgraded to get a better arrangement, should have saved my money. I was actually embarrassed to see them, and apologized to the recipient. I could have gone to the grocery store, bought a bunch of flowers for $20 and made the same arrangement.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
