THE ROSES IN MY ORDER WERE TO BE PINK BUT THEY WERE RED. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT DUE TO PINK BEING THE FAVORITE COLOR OF THE RECEIVER! OTHERWISE IT WAS FINE.
Simple and smooth, wasn't prepared for the sticker shock at the end, so it might be good to put those fees on the first page. The service and handling fee is a bit excessive and why am I charged both an Expedited Fee and a Same Day Fee? Sounds like the same thing to me. The flowers and vase were nice, but for an initial discounted price of $45 that ended up being $70+, I was disappointed in the final cost of the flowers and a balloon for what was delivered.

It was a pain to change my order then re enter all the info again. It was delivered way close to noon or slightly after. I don't have an exact time though. I was expecting it to be before noon since I payed for it. But it turned out to be close enough. Over all I'm very satisfied with this service. It made my fiancées day to receive it.
Second time using this website and ordering same bouquet.
