My dad's Get Well Basket filled with gourmet treats and accompanied by a huge balloon arrived at his home shortly after he'd gotten released from the hospital. He was surprised, touched and delighted and my mom sent a picture of him resting in his easy chair while hugging his big basket of goodies! The quick delivery of a quality gift basket and the happiness it brought my dad was exactly what I was hoping for!

After an hour of searching different online companies for the best deal I finally chose you guys.I made a few typos on the card and was annoyed that at checkout I didn't have the option to edit my message and had to start the process all over. Also with the handling charge I ended up paying exactly what I would have paid on any other website for a florist made bouquet. The flowers my girlfriend received were NOT up to par with the $$. I could have bought 100 small roses or two dozen long stem roses from another site for the price I paid. Will not be ordering from here again.

For my order of Lavender Bliss, the pictured bouquet was far more full and much more beautiful than what I received. The variety of flowers was actually different as well. I wasn't satisfied with the finished product compared to what I thought I had purchased.
The shopping experience was great, however, my relative received the wrong order (specifically, the wrong vase). I was very disappointed. Apparently, they were out of the vase I ordered (which said Happy Birthday on it). Instead of asking me to choose something else, they chose for me;-(

My wife said they were the most beautiful roses ive given her in years. I was very embarrassed with the flowers that were delivered. The flowers were wilted and the purple flowers were in a red vase instead of a clear vase as ordered. The purple and red looked horrible together. I took my card off the flowers at the funeral home so no one would know that I sent them. I will not order from your company again, but will stick with a local florist.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
