This is my first time using this site. It was easy and the prices were reasonable; however, the flowers were not delivered on time. I paid an extra $2.99 for them to be delivered same day (Jan 12th) and they were not delivered until the evening of the 13th. I believe my $2.99 should be refunded.

The flowers did not look close to the picture you had especially for a deluxe bouquet. The balloon that came with it was the ugliest one I've ever seen.
I will once the bouquet is delivered. Since I had the bouquet delivered in Westport, CT while I live in NEW York City, I can't really tell how good the flowers looked and if they were comparable to the product shown on line. The recipient thanked me and said the flowers were beautiful. That's all I know.

I enjoyed the selection and same day delivery. I did order a small but at check out it had been changed to a medium with no edit button to correct it. I didn't want to go vack through the order process do I judy accepted the medium. Thank goodness for the Google discount.
