I tried placing this order for almost 2 hours. When I went to check out, first the flower arrangements were all bumped up to the deluxe option. Then I received an email to come back and finish the order and would get free shipping, when I went to finish the order again the arrangements were changed to deluxe but I had free shipping. I had read all the good reviews and that is why I chose your company but after the experience on the website I am hoping the arrangements are as beautiful as everyone posted them to be.
Super easy and very nice selection of arrangements. My fiancés roses arrived packaged extremely well but the tips of the petals of the roses were already turning brown so I was very disappointed about that.
I loved the bouquet of balloons and the delivery time, but disappointed with the stay of the balloons. The next day the regular balloons already started drooping. For the price I paid I was hoping it would have lasted longer. The person that received the gift was pleased.
I paid extra so that my husband would have the balloons in his office 1st thing morning for his birthday. They were delivered in the late afternoon as he walked out of the office He did not even have time to enjoy them because when he brought them home, they were already starting to deflate. I contacted customer service and talked to a rep who was not tooooo friendly or helpful. I finally was able to get a refund to my bank BUT HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT

Honestly I'd like a credit. Order placed about 9/10am and flowers were delivered 6:46pm.
My wife miscarried a few years ago and I really expected the flowers to arrive earlier but by 6 for certain. When it passed she began to cry...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
