I sent to a friend who wasn't awake at the time of delivery so I contacted customer service and reassured them that she was home and if they could re deliver later in the day. Normally they won't do a delivery twice but the florist that arranged them was nice enough to go back at the end of his route which was very thoughtful. Flowers looked amazing and friend was very pleased.
