I submitted my order at 1pm for same day delivery. Confirmation was provided it would be delivered by 5pm. At 4pm I rec'd a call from the local florist filling the order stating they had just rec'd it, and would normally have left it unfilled for the day (they were closing) but saw it was a birthday order and wanted to make sure that my gift for my wife's "special day" was taken care of. After talking at me for almost 20 minutes explaining the nitty gritty details of how sites like yours are a rip off and I'm only hurting local florists and my pocket book, she asked me to pay an additional $10 for "evening delivery" as they were now having to stay late and fill the order, then deliver it. Just wanting to have my order filled, I paid it. But I will never be using your site, or that local florist ever again. EVER.

I was very impressed with you guys. I really appreciate the quick response to my email and getting my delivery date changed. The florist was able to get my flowers delivered that day to the right address where my mother was working and I loved how beautiful the bouquet was. The item that was ordered was not delivered in the time requested and paid for. The item was delivered mid afternoon. I disappointed with the serviced that was provided.
I sent my sister a bouquet for her birthday. She loved it and the price was reasonable. They delivered it on time too. She sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was different than what was shown online. It was still pretty but not to the standard of the picture or the arrangement in the picture.

Liked the ordering, delivery and the flowers. I however was really surprised to see the large delivery charge. I had not seen it listed anywhere. Maybe I missed, but it practically doubled the price of the flowers. A disappointment for sure.
Great job. I entered one digit wrong on the delivery address order, called the 800# to get it changed and it was delivered to correct address on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
