You should consider selling high end vases as an option in addition to the generic vases you currently have on hand to select. The yellow roses opened up nicely however the vase is simply inexpensive and does not compliment the roses at all. Vase options would be welcomed.

I ordered a plant not fresh cut flowers. The item was under pants so could keep it forever and not have to throw it out after a week. Not happy you sent fresh cut flowers she should haven't gotten a blooming plant like a I paid for and picked off the website.

I have never been so grossly disappointed in a company as I am with from you flowers. My order did not arrive on the day I purchased the flowers at approximately 10 am, I had to call multiple times and was told several different things by your from you flowers employees and the florist you chose. Today I called and spoke with one of your supervisors who told me he was going to switch to a different florist and upgrade my selection to a deluxe version and give me 50% off which I accepted. Later that evening I went to the hospital and was absolutely shocked at the so called flower arrangement that was sent. The flower arrangement anything like The arrangement that I picked out online. The arrangement was mostly green buds,One Lily, two red roses, and 8 carnations. The arrangement that I doubt had pink and red roses, purple flowers,several Lillys,other pink flowers, and a pink bow. The arrangement that was it looks like someone went into their backyard and picked a few flowers and weeds and stuck them in a vase. For crying out loud, there wasn't even a bow! I will never use company again ever!
