I will never order from you again. I paid extra for the "deluxe" arrangement. Not a single sunflower in the whole thing. The arrangement was sad, pathetic, didn't resemble the picture on your site at all, and you say its just the standard arrangement shown. So the one I ordered should have been even better than the picture and was so beneath the quality I thought I was sending that I was almost embarrassed when my friend, who just got out of surgery, sent me the picture. I have never been more upset with a floral service. Very disappointing. I've posted a picture with your site info on all of my social media also to make sure nobody I know goes through this.

My Husband and I order from your site constantly. He has never had any issues. I, on the other hand have had multiple. The first time I ordered flowers for my Mother the order got put in the wrong pile at the florist, so her Birthday flowers were delivered on the day AFTER her Birthday. I ordered a few more times and everything was fine. I then ordered flowers for a friends Birthday in Missouri, paid extra to have them delivered in the morning because she would not be at work all day. The flowers came at 3 in the afternoon. Not only were they late, they were terribly arranged and not like the picture at all. My last order, was yet again for a friend on her first day at her new job. The florist apparently got a flat tire, called my friend and asked her to meet him a couple of streets over. She is new to the area and did not know where to go. After calling, I did get her arrangement upgraded, but then I get an email stating that the florist did not have the flowers I requested and they had to make a substitution. Your customer service is fairly good, they are almost always sympathetic and try to make the situation right, but a refund to me doesn't fix the fact that they didn't get their flowers on time. I think you need to re-evaluate some of the florists you are using. I will likely never order from you again because I cannot trust that my order will be delivered in a timely manner or in the condition in which it is supposed to be delivered.
Shopping experience was OK except the handling/service charge is way too high. I almost canceled my order and will not order from you again.I wish I could have seen the charge earlier in the process.

When I first went on your web site to place an order - unknowingly I filled out order form incorrectly. It asked where I wanted the flowers sent and I put my own info instead of where I wanted it to go, so the site would not let me pick the right town or state. I called the 800 number and the young man was very nice but could not tell me where I went wrong - we started to place order over phone but I had to disconnect because of work. Within the hour I went back and found my error and was able to successfully place the order. I checked my email later that day and found the free handling charge offer but had already placed my order. So I could have saved even more $ but did not found out till after placing order. The flowers and delivery were awesome!
I paid for same day deliver service and the flowers was not delivered till the next day. They said they tried calling me but i did not get any calls. If they did call they didn't leave a message. I think that next time they should have least leave a message saying they cant deliver them.

The actual product received was sloppy in appearance and very unlike the photo from the website. I didn't expect it to look exactly like the photo, but certainly a little closer to what was advertised.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
