Terrible! My order was lost, then unable to be filled the next day, then very late the third day! I payed for same day delivery. I ordered the flowers in the morning, giving companies enough time to put it together but it was lost altogether. Not a good experience!
Maybe I missed it but would like to have seen the shipping charges sooner in the process. I paid for the deluxe, when I saw what was delivered it looked more like the "regular" sized order. Makes me wonder how small the regular size was. Delivery was great and liked the flowers, just not clear on the sizing.

I had planned on attending the memorial service for my aunt, but last minute had a change of plans so opted to send flowers. Your flower service was the only one I could find that would deliver the next day in the morning in a relatively obscure part of the state. Thank you so very much! I was told the flowers were beautiful and arrived precisely at the time requested.
