I failed to receive the expedited delivery service I paid for and the accompanying Teddy Bear I paid for. The delivery was late and incomplete which ruined the whe surprise. I was compensated with only refunds of what I paid for and didn't get, followed by a $20 gift certificate. I ask you, why would the customer service team believe I would want to give your company MORE of my business, through a small gift certificate when my surprise delivery to my wife was absolutely ruined. Keep your gift certificate.

Originally my charge was34.99 for the flowers. When I added a coupon to the order they increased the price of the flowers by10 which was the amount of my coupon so the coupon really didn't do any good. I cannot recommend this company to other people with that kind of a situation. On top of the above I was told my flowers were delivered at 5 PM on the day they were to be delivered. However they were supposed to be there by 3 PM that day. They did not arrive at all on that day. I made several calls to find out where they were and they couldn't tell me what happened.The next day late afternoon they finally delivered the flowers. The only problem was my daughter's birthday was the day before. The day the flower should've been there. I really doubt I will ever use this company again.

The ordering was fairly easy, but the arrangement was CHEAP in quality. I thought for the price paid the arrangements I ordered would be beautiful; however, they lacked style and FLOWERS. It seemed they had more "brush" then actual florwers. Each arrangement was close to $40. Plus, the website doesnt tell you UNTIL THE END that they charge $14.99 as a delivery charge, plus additional $2.99 to deliver on same day. Unfortunately, I paid a little over $60 on each arrangement, And i will NEVER again order from this site.
This was an unfortunate transaction. I placed my order early in the day, 9am. The flowers were delivered at about 8pm or so. I admit that when I sent it to the "Downtown Indianapolis Marriott" I assumed there was just one, but it turns out there were 2. The delivery person checked with me and was kind enough to take it over to the other Marriott. I just figured the flowers would have been delivered by afternoon at the latest. It was my wife's Birthday and I ended up having to apologize to her because the surprise I told her about never happened. I paid a hefty fee for the flowers (I get that) and a considerable "service charge" and "extra fee" for same day delivery. I think if you are paying nearly $100 for flowers everything should be perfect and it was not. An explanation would have gone a long way to helping me understand but it took me calling to get some action. For $20 I can understand but not for the price I paid. Thankfully, my very understanding and wonderful wife was thrilled with the flowers but I did not tell her about the headache and cost it took to get them to her.
I was ready to write a scathing review yesterday, esp. After My first call to customer service. My sister had rec'd a bouquet of flowers with I major flower in bloom! However, I sent an email with a pic and was contacted within an hour! They had a different florist redeliver a beautiful bouquet, re-sent a much bigger box of chocolates, I rec'd a 10% refund on my credit card one day later, and was emailed a gift cert! The lady's name was Yolanda, and she and the 2nd florist made every effort to make up for the mistake.
The customer service reps are fabulous and extremely nice but Unfortunately they cannot make up for the issues I experienced. I don't mind paying for nice flowers so the pricing was fine. I don't mind paying a fee for same day delivery but when I receive am email stating the order was delivered and then i call the recipient 1 hr later and they did not receive them and I have now spoiled the surprise. So I call cs to see what happened only to confirm it was a mistake but the flowers will be there shortly... no problem mistakes happen. Then I receive a call that flowers will not arrive at all...$3.00 is refunded for the inconvenience. Ok so now they will go the next day BUT the next day I receive a call that the items I ordered are not available but a substitute is offered. At this point I appreciate the gesture and contact from the friendly associates but too many issues for $90.00
The original order was not delivered. But the customer service was very good and made up for the late delivery with an enhanced arrangement and a store credit

Pleasant shopping experience. It was great being able to sign in with my Amazon account. However once I saw a picture of the flowers that were received by the recipient I was dissatisfied. We paid for the larger arrangement and felt we did not receive a large arrangement. This was the first time we used fromyouflowers. We will probably go back to using 1800flowers.
It was very easy and quick. Even though I did not personally see the arrangement, the receiver told me it was gorgeous and was very pleased with it. I definitely would use this florist again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
