It was very easy and quick. Even though I did not personally see the arrangement, the receiver told me it was gorgeous and was very pleased with it. I definitely would use this florist again.

Where should I start... My shopping experience at the website was fun and easy but once I placed the order, the nightmare began. I paid for same day delivery and that never happened. Then I contacted Customer Care to follow up on my order and they were very apologetic and said they had reimbursed me for the additional express delivery fees and as a sign of gratitude to my patience and understanding they
"upgraded" my order. Next day, after a whole day waiting, the flowers arrived a few minutes before the office was closed and for my disappointment the bouquet looked bad. Some flowers were already dead and the ballon was barely inflated. If that was the "upgraded" service then I could never imagine what the regular service would look like. I had very high expectations of this place but sadly I didnt get what I paid for. First and last time shopper here. My advice, try to find your very local Florist Shop. They will deliver what they advertise.

FAST AND QUICK LOVED IT
So far I am satisfied with the experience. I did have a problem ordering flowers previously so a follow up would be great. The original order was never received. They were left outside on the front step and disappeared. They did deliver a 2nd shipment. The people I dealt with (Jeanette L, Melanie C, Kelly T) were very kind and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

The flowers received didn't look anything like the picture online but at least my girlfriend limed them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
