Easygoing. I gave you a 3 for delivery time because the flowers could not be delivered same day as ordered due to the inability to find a same day delivery service in that area for Saturday.

My wife sent a birthday bouquet to her sister. The florist called my wife and asked for my sister in law number. The florist got in touch with her. Instead of delivering them to her house, they delivered them to her at work. She was so happy and the envy of all her Co workers. I will definitely use fromyouflowers.com again.
They weren't delivered on time I was also told they were going to upgrade it which it doesn't look like they did
I found the service really good. I ordered from the UK and I wasn't sure that my payment would go through as the address section was for the USA but it worked fine, so I was very pleased.
I ordered the "Cook's choice", so flowers were already showing signs of deterioration even though the arrangement was very nice. Next time I will spend the extra bucks to get a certain arrangement.

Paid for the expidited 4 hour delivery, after 5 hours I called and was told they would be delivered within an hour. 2 hours later I called and was told that they could not get in contact with the florist, after another hour I called again to change the delivery to the following day, as no one would be there to accept the delivery. After all of this trouble I am very unlikely to order from this site again. I am even less likely to recommend this site to any family/friends.

The arrangement I ordered was for my Mother's very special birthday. I wanted it to be really nice and chose the largest arrangement. When my Mom called to thank me she said they were very pretty. I asked if it was a nice big arrangement. She hesitated for a moment and said it was rather small but she loved that I sent them! That's a Mom for you! Without hesitation, I would have spent additional dollars to get a larger arrangement. Next time I will call an actual florist and ensure that the arrangement is what I would like it to be.
