Shopper friendly website!

Paid for service to have before noon but was late delivering. Had to stall my mom at work so she did not leave before they arrived. Her work was letting her leave at 12:30 for her birthday and she got the flowers just as she was getting ready to leave.

Need easier ability to go back and edit information and remove parts from an order (i.e. A balloon, or chocolates, etc.) Flowers arrives frost bitten with the majority of blooms closed. Did not give the wow factor the picture showed.
