Flowers were just what I wanted, beautiful and good price. The only thing I did not like was I paid extra to deliver before noon and they did not show until 2:30... Other than that will satisfied..
I had put the wrong name down for delivery I called right away to correct it the call center said we will correct that. Well I got a call from the front desk where our daughter lives and they didn't know who to give the flowers to. The sat there all evening! I was promised a delivery by 6PM. This was 9 pm when the front desk got a hold of me. I was in school and don't get home till 9:15.
The flowers got there in time but it wasn't what I expected, I think I paid a little bit too much.
The flowers was everything I ask for, I was very pleased.

The flowers were red as the picture showed, but they were not as large as the deluxe picture stated they would be. They looked more like the smaller vase of flowers. The delivery time was excellent.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday for same day delivery. In the afternoon I received a call saying the flowers weren't going to be delivered that day, they would refund the same day delivery fee (it hasn't happened yet). My mom received the flowers the next day in the afternoon. I would've been ok with the flowers being a day late, but i'm not because the bouquet she received doesn't look anything like the one i paid for online. I didn't complain to the company, but i'll never buy flowers from them again. It was my first time ordering flowers online. Bad experience.
Everything was excellent,except that I paid for extra money for guaranteed delivery before 12, my order got delivered around 1:45-2:00pm.
I wish the servicing fee had been listed before I went to check out. I was surprised by how much more expensive my order was.

I had no issues. I ordered flowers on a Thursday night to be delivered the following day to a friend in the hospital. She received them at the later end of the time frame of when she should have received them, which is totally fine. I was told by her that they were beautiful and really made her day! I am in Indiana and had them sent to a hospital in Minnesota.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
