The flowers were beautiful and presented well. The balloon was big and pretty and my Grandmother loved the whole arrangement. My only issue was the delivery time was late in the day but before end of business day which is what they guaranteed.
Should warn customers of the service/handling fees before final confirmation of payment. The fees cost almost as much as the flowers.
The original order could not be delivered because the patient was moved. You guy's held the order until I needed it and it was delivered! They were very satisfied. Good Job Thanks I will use this again (Do U ship to Hamburg Germany?)
