I was very satisfied with the service and quick response I got to a follow up email I sent after I placed my order online. The flowers didn't arrive by noon as requested, but they were beautiful and it all worked out in the end. Fantastic selection! But I was extremely disappointed in that I paid for morning delivery and they were delivered late. Contacted customer service and they refunded me, but I needed them to be delivered early but were not.

It was easy to order and my mother received her delivery at the hospital the next day. Unfortunately, their were flower substitutions made. I ordered an arrangement that was titled yellow and orange roses. The photo showed solid yellow roses and solid orange roses. What she received was variegated yellow roses and variegated orange roses and white roses. She liked them but, they were not what I ordered. I know you reserve the right to make flower substitutions based on availability. Having been a florist I both understand that and hate it. I expect that if florists sign up to deliver for FromYouFlowers that they should keep in stock the flowers that you advertise as available for next day delivery.

The bouquet did not look like a florist arranged it. It looked like someone trimmed the stems and then stuffed it in one large bunch in to a vase. Anyone can do that.

VERY disappointed that they were not delivered before noon, as I asked, and PAID extra for them to be. They were delivered 5 hours late. They were going to someone recovering from surgery, who had to have someone else be there to answer the door. Very upsetting and unprofessional. Should have a refund for that, we'll see. If it was the company I run, there would be a full refund.

I needed flowers for a family funeral. I have never been the one to order the flowers before. I found the website from a Google search. I was concerned the flowers would arrive in time, but they did. The price was lower than other services I looked at. The flowers looked good.
