I really like this site and the corporate discount is fantastic. I ordered a build your own boquet and I was able to choose the color. My friend's favorite color is purple so I asked that they all be lavender. She sent me a video thanking me for the flowers and I didn't see any purple ones in there at all. That was disappointing but she loved them anyway and they were very nice, just not what I had in mind.
The product delivered was not the product ordered. The arrangement was to be displayed in a glass pitcher (lemonade pitcher) and was not. It was placed in a normal fishbowl type vase. Little disappointing but overall the arrangement received was pretty. Hence the 3 stars.
It was beautiful, and my sister enjoyed her unique flower cake.
Overall my experience was just ok. I trusted that ordering two hours before the deadline for same day delivery would ensure same day delivery, however, my mother received her birthday flowers two days after her birthday. Customer service is excellent and they were generous with trying to amend the situation but my mom's birthday flowers were late and there's nothing that can change that. Given the customer service I might try again in the future.
Just a suggestion, but in my opinion the web site could be improved by showing the delivery/handling/service fee so we know exactly what we're paying before we have to put all that info in.
Great prices but expensive handling fee! Edited to add, I was a little disappointed with the flower arrangement delivered. My sister in law loved it but I felt it did not represent what I had picked to be delivered very well. Also it was much smaller than I expected and I picked the deluxe size that says is shown in the stock pictures. It looks like they crammed the flowers into the tiniest vase possible, there was no bow wrapped around the vase and the arrangement just didn't look like I was expecting it to based off the picture.
Very pleasant, prices are very fair and the website was excellent. I will never use you again, the flower company that you contracted to deliver my flowers was horrible. They didn't deliver in the time that you promised. I ordered at 8:30 am and you didn't deliver until after 3pm. I paid the extra fee to have them delivered within the 4 hour time frame you promised but that didn't happen. And when they did arrive it was a horrible arrangement. I was embarrassed that my wife received that bouquet at her office. I wouldn't have paid more that 20$ for that arrangement. Again, I will never use you guys and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience. By the way, I paid over $85 for that ridiculous flower arrangement!

I paid $97 for about 8 balloons, a small box of chocolates and a small teddy bear which should have been a big one. Completely wasted my money.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
