I ordered from Flowers for you. Then received a call & they told me after ordering that they do not deliver to the area I requested. So them I had to find another florist & place another order. There shouldn't be a zip code on the site if you can't even deliver to the place requested.

A but disappointed that the end products that I received didn't look like or represent the product displayed on the website. Different products were used,cheaper and not what my kids liked, were used. I expected the final product to represent the picture for the most part as to what the website displayed. Customer service was great when having to deal with the delivery issue.

Over all experience was bad for. She hardly enjoyed the flowers as they were delivered after 2pm. And the Flower arrangements didn't look that fresh.
The flowers looked totally different than what I was expecting and the type of flowers that were suppose to be used were not. The arrangement was still pretty, just not what I was expecting.
I wish the explanation of the flowers (regular, decline) were explained better. I thought I would be getting what was in the picture for the price listed. I thought it would be the same flowers just less, didn't know it was just same color, ordinary flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
