Flowers did not look as fresh as others at the service
Ordering was super quick. I ordered in the morning and paid the extra fee to have them delivered the same day (during normal business hours) on a weekday. They did not arrive until late the following morning minutes before my friend was being released from the hospital. The balloon that came with the flowers was deflated half way and just fell to the table and didn't float at all. The flowers didn't look much like the photo of the one I ordered. I'd use another company to buy your flowers.

Very easy to do, glad they take paypal speeds things up. Bouquet delivered was nice but not what I picked out. Would have liked to been called about substitution of flowers due to availability, etc.

So easy! It would be very helpful if the florist could take a picture of the arrangement -- so I'd know what it looks like. As it turns out, the pink roses were perfect. The ones in the website used a deeper, bolder pink -- and I was hoping for a softer pink. Softer is what she got! My aunt was very pleased - as I am. I had to wait for my cousin to take a photo and post it to me on FB before I knew if I was pleased with it. I always am -- but as I said, if the florist could post a photo to my invoice, or somehow --- it would be very helpful for the sender!
